My second company which is under my ownership and operational expertise, Green Giant, INC has been established since 2005. A horticultural company whose clientele is largely property managers and commercial companies. When Black Sapphire Contracting was established we decided to start off and conquer the field of pavement asset management. As president, I recognized the generally low quality of work from many of my competitors in this field and knew that we could give a long-lasting service at a better price and remove the stigma of asphalt contractors. As we grew we began attending to all aspects of building and construction but I believe our name pays great homage to where we started out and the core of our company. I believe while asphalt sealant is drying it has a beautiful sapphire-like look, before it cures and finishes.
